YEP: Summer Reading Enrichment Room

Stop by the office to check out our collection of books for ages 6-17 portraying African American families or diverse cultures and focus on heritage, leadership, confidence, self-esteem, respect, peer pressure, conflict resolution, striving for excellence, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and/or anti-bullying.
Read the book at Habitat or take it home for up to 2 weeks at a time. NOTE: Books can also be checked out before/after Saturday Academy & Training Tuesday.
Discussions will be held, and incentives will be awarded during the Reading Room times.
Held weekly, June 14 thru August 31 on Monday & Wednesday, 11:30 AM-2:30 PM.
