Caregiver Burnout

Description:  This session will cover: Signs, symptoms and interventions for burnout; comparison of burnout and compassion fatigue; define elder abuse, review the various types of elder abuse; and a discussion of how burnout and compassion fatigue may lead to various forms of elder abuse. Facilitated by the Geriatric Adult Mental Health Specialty Team from Therapeutic Alternatives, Inc.
