In this course the youth will identify individual personalities and refine their personal strengths, understand what is a conflict and what are the benefits of conflicts, enhance conflict resolution skills, and demonstrate active listening skills.  Activities will include:  A Personality Assessment and review, a conflict resolution exercise, and an Active Listening Exercise.
